Her career includes strategic roles at Freddie Mac, IBM, and Trustwave, where she developed expertise in cybersecurity solution sales, enterprise IT management, and driving impactful sales initiatives. Kevin Cassidy is a growth-focused operator, team builder, and customer advocate with a unique ability to turn vision into action. As Chief Operating Officer at EssTek AI, Kevin leads the company’s operational strategy and federal go-to-market execution, helping government agencies and enterprise clients accelerate digital transformation through AI, cybersecurity, and cloud-first solutions.
Kevin brings over a decade of experience in building and scaling high-performing teams across small business ownership, SaaS, customer success, and now federal technology. He was instrumental in growing a SaaS startup from 2 to 70 employees, where he led strategic accounts, built inbound and customer success functions from the ground up, and managed the company’s largest enterprise client—contributing 20% of annual recurring revenue. At EssTek, he now applies that same grit and vision to driving mission impact at the intersection of emerging technology and public sector need.
Deeply committed to operational excellence and client outcomes, Kevin’s leadership helps ensure that EssTek delivers not just innovative tools, but trusted partnerships that enable long-term success for agencies, integrators, and commercial enterprises alike.
Outside of the office, Kevin is a devoted husband and father of three. He’s passionate about health and wellness, still laces up for soccer matches, and values meaningful time spent with family and close friends.
